STUDIO ETIQUETTE & CODE OF CONDUCT

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your show time

- Due to CDC guidelines and to protect or staff and talent, only show host and working crew are allowed inside of the Reec Radio studio. All who enter the building must wear mask in common areas and not have a temperature above 99 degrees.

- No smoking of any kind on premises and that includes the parking lot area

- Casual drinking is allowed during your show time if and only if you have a sponsored spirits segment.

- No liquids of any kind within 24 inches of sound board, mixers or computer equipment.

- Please respect the guests of other shows. Show common courtesy and never ask for pictures, contact information or promotional drops without speaking to the producer who booked that guest or Reec Radio General Manager or Owner.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits due at time of booking and are non refundable. Once studio / rental time begins, full balance is due for service. No additional time will be booked or honored with balance due from previous service.
